I'm currently a Ph.D. student in the department of Computer Science at the University of Saskatchewan. My research interests are combining Machine Learning, Systems Science and Applied Math in health and healthcare. My current research projects include applying machine learning algorithm of particle filtering in the COVID-19 modelling to estimate the transmission and imporve the accuracy of outbreak prediction, and applying Category Theory in the Systems Dynamic Modelling.
